I've dreamt of seeing Erik Hassle perform and meeting him for two nights in a row now. That's gotta mean something right? Let's hope so!

Outside of that randomness, I've just downloaded Christina Perri's new EP "The Ocean Ways Sessions." Her voice is beautiful and my favorites are "Daydreams," "Tragedy" and of course "Jar of Hearts."

“I love you in my daydream
Don’t spoil it now, don’t spoil it now”

Martyn Bal Fashion with ERIK HASSLE!

These photos aren't that new but I love them because 1. Erik Hassle is the model, 2. The photography is gorgeous and 3. I love this kind of style on guys.

“And I pray that just this once/It will be exactly what I want…”

I found about the new Erik Hassle EP "Taken" and it's amazing! I love that he comes out with new stuff so often. I think my favorite is "Last Rider"...sort of fits my situation. I can't seem to ever get what I want romantically, and I want it to just happen already. I also really like "Taken" (Original Version), but seriously, they're all good. Although "Standing Where You Left Me" seems to be a repeat but whatever, it's a great song! Love this!

People are letting me down all over the place. For a lack of better words...I will quote the wonderful Erik Hassle...

"Oh my god, this is too intense
It makes no sense,
This isn’t me, all this weakness
It makes me so sick…"

"You abandoned me/Love don't live here anymore"

Currently loving...

"Love Don't Live Here Anymore" -City and Colour (I'm actually revisiting a lot of C&C stuff and liking it just as I did two years ago)
"Hello" (Lionel Richie cover) -Lissie
"Alors on Danse" -Erik Hassle w/ Stromae

I just discovered all of these raw, live sessions done by Ray-Ban and they're so good. My favorites are Erik Hassle's and Lissie's but that's really no surprise is it?

Erik performing "Hurtful" and it's lovely as always.

Lissie performing her cover of "Hello". Love the intimacy in the back of this cab.

My Song and Dance Man...

"At 14, I discovered girls. At that time, dancing was the only way you could put your arm around the girl. Dancing was courtship. Only later did I discover that you dance joy. You dance love. You dance dreams."

I'm currently on a Gene Kelly kick and have come to a realization (kinda late) that he was the best actor/dancer in my book. Just watch him go, he's so natural and graceful. He still has that masculinity to him though too, which I love. He's so handsome!

Also, I've been watching and listening to all of Erik Hassle's new stuff from his album The Hassle Sessions: Volume One. His covers are amazing!
